An agency should meet the requirement of 5 active hosts. In case the agency doesn’t meet this
criteria, the platform has the right to dismiss the agency.
The agency dismissed by the officials will not be able to register again through any registration
link, the agency needs to contact the official's agency specialist if needs to register again as an
agency.
Change of Agency:
The host needs permission from the current agency before leaving it.
In the following situation, the host needs to contact customer service and send the proof and then
the officials will verify the situation before you can leave your agency.
If the agent has been inactive/not logged in for more than 30 days.
If the host has already sent the request to leave the agency and the agent has not replied to
the host for more than a week.
The host has been added to any unknown agency that sent a “Join Agency” invitation link”.
Account Ban:
The Agency’s ID will be banned permanently in the following situations:
The Agency is not allowed to recruit within the application. If any complaints against the agency
have been raised for spamming the “join agency” link, the agent’s ID will be permanently banned.
No third-party promotion is allowed on the platform. Otherwise, strict actions will be taken against
the agency.
The Agency must maintain good and professional relationships with the hosts and should support and
guide them to enhance their skills.
If an agent breaks the rules and causes major damage to the platform, they may be banned and could
face legal action.
